Originally established in 1985, today CapQuest employs nearly 250 professionals, operating from 3 offices across the UK – from Scotland to the South of England.

CapQuest consists of a group of operating companies that work together to manage the debt acquisition and recovery process.  Our affiliates include CapQuest Debt Recovery, CapQuest Investments and CapQuest Asset Management. CapQuest’s Portfolio Acquisition Group acquires debt portfolios for our own account and we are one of the UK’s leading purchasers of sub-performing consumer debt. We also manage significant portfolios of debt on a commission fee basis for several of the UK’s leading financial institutions and utilities.

Currently, we manage nearly £1 billion of debt on an annual basis and maintain relationships with more than 300 regular clients including most of the UK’s largest providers of consumer credit.  We value the longevity of our client relationships, many of whom have been with us since our inception.
